• We’ve fixed an issue within BillPay that was limiting the first payment from being scheduled more than 30 days into the future.
    • You can now schedule a recurring payment to start at any time in the future.
  • For your reference, we’ve updated the content of our eBills help pages.
  • Pending BillPay transactions now display on the dashboard.


  • You can now add external ACH accounts from the mobile app. You can also confirm prior ACH account links requests and edit your email and phone number from within the app.


  • We’ve updated the password security within Online Banking. Please note your current password will still continue to work.
  • We’ve also adjusted our temporary password expiration from 24 hours to 8 hours.


  • We’ve updated our eAlert messages to only show the last four digits of the account numbers.
  • We’ll alert you every six months upon logging in to confirm your existing email and mailing address. This will help us ensure that we can reach you, if needed.
