Congratulations on being selected to participate in our new Online Banking pilot. We appreciate your willingness to help us make this new platform a truly great experience. Please use this page as a resource for everything you'll need to know about the new Online Banking.

Below is a list of items to help you prepare for the pilot.


eBills

The setup eBills button is not responding for some payees.

Duplicate pay

If you had multiple recurring payments to the same payee only one of the payments will transfer over.

App

If you use mobile banking, you'll download the pilot app from your mobile phone and keep your current app. The pilot app will only be used during the pilot. Please note, we have pilot apps for iOS and Android, but the brand new Windows App won't be available until the full launch.

Reminders:

The following changes apply to everyone; pilot members simply experience them first.
  • The second factor security authorization system defaults to email notifications. If you’d prefer a different notification method, you’ll need to update your preferences.
  • Please note, enrolling in the pilot is similar to upgrading your internet browser. Once you make the switch, you won’t be able to change back to what you use currently. This will also be true for the full launch later this year when all First Tech members will transition to the new platform.
