1Offer expires 01.31.19. Offer valid for Microsoft employees and immediate family members. Immediate family members include spouse or domestic partner and children. Individuals may participate in any of the bonus offers. Microsoft contractors, vendors, and affiliates are not eligible to participate. Bonus offers are not valid for multiple accounts. 2To qualify, at least $1,500 must be deposited within 30 days of account opening to qualify for $100 bonus, at least $5,000 must be deposited within 30 days of account opening to qualify for $250 bonus, and at least $15,000 must be deposited within 30 days of account opening to receive $500 bonus. 2.00% APY on $15,000 is $300. New money must be deposited from a source outside First Tech. Transfers between First Tech accounts or its affiliates will not qualify. All funds must remain in the qualifying checking account for 90 consecutive days after the 30 day funding period.

3Direct deposit must occur at least once a month from an employer payroll, retirement/pension distribution, or Social Security Administration. Any ACH which is not a direct deposit does not qualify. Initial direct deposit must take place within 60 days of enrollment. Recurring monthly minimum direct deposit amount must total $250 for a $100 bonus, $1,000 for a $150 bonus, and $2,000 for a $200 bonus. At least two recurring direct deposits must be completed within 90 days of enrollment.

APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Effective 11.01.18 a qualified Dividend Rewards Checking (DRC) account has the following APY for balances $0.01 to $15,000 for 2.00%, $15,001+ for 0.20%. Non-qualified DRC accounts will earn 0.05% on all balances. To earn the DRC APY, you must meet the following required qualifications per monthly cycle: Make 12 debit card transactions. Have 1 direct deposit or ACH withdrawal. Be enrolled in electronic statements. Qualifying transactions must post to the account prior to the last day of the month. Debit card purchases can take up to 3 days to post and are dependent on merchant processing times. If the requirements per qualification period are not met, the dividend rate and corresponding APY earned will be the non-qualified rate of 0.05%. Carefree Checking is a non-dividend earning account and First Checking Plus earns 0.05% APY on all balances. Health Savings Accounts do not qualify. Accounts are subject to approval.
